ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2023 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong culture and making a meaningful impact in our community. Before becoming an agent, I spent over 15 years in the insurance industry, including nearly 10 years with State Farm, most recently serving as an Aspirant before opening my own agency.
Community involvement is something I care deeply about. I served as the 2024 President of the Board for the largest LGBTQ community center in the region and actively support organizations such as the Gym Toy Community Center, a local Safe House organization, the orchestra, and Gift of Life Michigan. Being involved in advocacy, community programs, and life-saving initiatives is a big part of who I am and how I lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
